I specialize in empowering small businesses in Southwest Missouri (SWMO) by providing tailored consulting/advising services, including CRM setup, bookkeeping, subcontractor management, and branding assistance. My focus lies in streamlining operations and fostering growth through practical solutions such as social media management, website development, SOP development and, client and lead tracking.
Previously, I contributed over eight years at Environmental Works Inc. where I supported federal, state and local proposal production as a Senior Proposal Specialist. My collaborative approach and attention to detail enabled my team to meet critical deadlines and optimize workflows.
I am motivated by a commitment to deliver honest, transparent support to small businesses, helping them navigate challenges and seize opportunities while delivering hard news in a soft manner.

I am a grateful wife to Josh since 2009 and a fierce mother to Jackson and Marcus. I have lived in Marshfield most of my life with short stints in Oklahoma and Kansas. I graduated high school in 2005 from Marshfield High School.
I have volunteered since 2015 as a Baseball, Soccer and Basketball coach to my kids sports teams. I was a volunteer member of the Marshfield Parks Board on two separate occasions since 2015 and I look forward to Substitute Teaching at local schools.
I give all my success professionally and personally to the glory of God and I try my best to bring his guidance into my home and business.
When I am not working for small businesses here in SWMO, I enjoy being on the river in my canoe or working in my garden!
